I love all these girls!! They're awesome especially how they deal with some rude customers as I witnessed and there is a lot here in Elsinore and no fault of the employees it's just rude a$$ customers lol!! I couldn't do it !! Always good at making my cold brew I won't go anywhere else. Btw I go every day sometimes twice a day 😂

I like the refresher drinks they offer. Some delightfully tasty blends. I also enjoy an occasional pastry. The bad thing about the in store chain is the hours and the long lines and frequency they run out of things. Other than that no issues with the service or products.

Just terrible...This morning I walk in and the baristas are cheerful and talkative to the all 3 guest before I got to the counter. I got to the counter and politely ask for my drink. I got a blank stare. They didn't even ask my name. So I called it out.. her reason was that she was having bad thought at the moment I walked up. So being rude and making your customers feel unwelcome( one of color anyway) is somehow justified through your bad thoughts. Just terrible
