Went in ordered tall Carmel macchiato cup of water was taking some time and lobby wasn’t that busy. When asked about my order the lady snapped at me like I was bothering her. When she finally gave me my coffee I asked about my cup of water she again snapped and said give me a minute! Well I stood there several minutes. I finally asked another worker for cup of water and the same lady that didn’t help me made comment to her co/ worker and handed her a cup to give me water. So dissapointed as I always go to Starbucks . Thinking to taking my business to a new coffee shop that just opened . Better Buzz coffee they are very nice and not snappy and coffer not bad at all .

Ordered a grande, iced, quad blonde Americano. Barista made it hot. I let them know it was supposed to be iced. Barista told me, "it really didn't say that", as I'm clearly reading the sticker on the cup 'Iced'.
