Placed a mobile order for in store pick up as said on the app and could not get my order as said. Staff were rude and completely ignored us at the door only to point at the drive thru. We live in the neighborhood yet had to walk in back and forth in the rain to get to our car when we were already there!

This is a really nice, well run Starbucks in a so-so area. I've only been here a handful of times but each time the staff is very polite and pleasant and my drink has been consistently good.

I've only been there at Starbucks 3 times since I moved here almost 2 years ago and there service kinda sucked 1 out of the 3x cause they get really super busy and I ended up waiting an hour for my order cause it actually was given to another customer instead so I got tired of waiting and asked them what the hold up was they apologized cause they had to make my frappe all over again but other than that the Starbucks ain't that bad 😁
