Location: Starbucks inside Target. Euclid St. and Lincoln Ave. Alicia apparently has no idea what customer service is. I myself come from a field where I believe in making a POSITIVE experience for a guest. I had gone in line for the second time in order to pay for a coffee mug. She called my name since my coffee was ready, and since she didn't acknowledge me standing in line, I had to walk out of line to get my coffee. I then asked her if she could charge me for the mug and she said yes to give her a second, then after a minute she tells me to get in line to pay at the register. I told her I was already in line and had to get out because she called my name. By this time the line had gotten long and after ignoring me and complaining to the cashier I told her she was unbelievable and I got back in line. Then she walks in front of me to go get receipt paper for the cashier without even saying excuse me or apologizing for the incident. I never complained before on the internet but this time I felt disrespected and humiliated in front of many people.
