There is an employee named Emily that is always very nice and friendly. Every time I drive thru, she knows my order, she will even recap what I got last time and ask how my co-workers liked the recommendations she made. She builds rapport with her customers and makes them feel like they matter. I am very happy that you guys hired her, there needs to be more Emily's in world.

they do not ever get my order right, weather that’s a pre ordering drink. or in person. they constantly forget my food or give me something that I didn’t order, and whenever I have something delivered, not a single time is right, I called to talk to a manager and y received a call back let alone an apology

Fast drive through if you come at the right time. The greenery is nice too but there is NO indoor seating here. I tried to pick up the wifi and it was only 2 bars and then disconnected. So it is available but maybe it was being spotty for me. Sitting outside is an option. But you're on a busy intersection. Sitting in your can may work too if the WiFi signal is good.
