I ordered a shaken latte with no ice (as the app allows and as I order successfully from numerous other Starbucks locations). When I arrived it had ice in it. I showed them my order and the barista rudely said they don't make them without ice. Further discussion went nowhere so I asked for a manager and was stunned that she doubled down on this horrible customer service and said corporate demanded that they don't make these drinks without ice. Why would the app allow this option if it wasn't available? Why would every other Starbucks I go to have no issues making it the way the customer wants? Read all the poor reviews here and it makes sense.
