I have now had my one and only really bad visit and customer service was non-existent today I didn't get all of my order in the Drive-Thru and I had also ordered online another item that I had to go in and pick up it took them 35 minutes after messing up and not giving me my stuff to even try to get it right then the girl that helped me was super rude when I came back in to see if it was ready and they had figured it out she completely ignored me and another girl just went and found my order and then oh here you go my cookies were not warmed up like I had asked for them to be they were cold to the touch my grilled cheese sandwich was barely warm and my pumpkin muffin stuck to the wrapper cause it was burnt on the bottom and they were rude to top it all off so instead of taking and trying to turn the whole situation around and make it a positive they pushed it further and further into the negative I'm really disappointed in the lack of customer service and the lack of them caring whether or not I was happy or satisfied they were extremely rude and dismissive like they had better things to do that they couldn't help a customer and try to make it positive that's really sad they really dropped the ball worst Starbucks experience ever!!

Slowest drive thru I have ever been in. Extremely irritating. Shouldn’t be waiting 15 minutes per person.

Great frappe my daughter bought me, along with my snowman ⛄️ cookie. Totally love this Starbucks and Christmas 🎄 time. This is when all the great drinks come out.❤️
