Terrible. Took months for them to do a simple 1040 and they charged over $2,000. They filed an extension on my behalf without authorization because they took so long. We went with someone else who did it in 3days for less than $500. They still will not return my calls or emails and were terrible at communicating throughout the entire process. Trust me, stay way!
