Micheal helped me right off the bat asking me what I was looking for in a car. Which was reliability and gas mileage, and found me the best two cars out off the bunch. He did not try to up sale me with all the bells and whistles and add on a bunch of extra "perks". He was knowledgeable about cars and quick with all the paper work. And really wants to have his customers satisfied with his cars and that they work for what there needed for. And trying his best to fix the cars so he wont sell you a lemon. I wanna thank micheal again he was polite helpful and tried to make our buying process as painless as possible. I whole heartedly recommend this place to anyone and everyone who needs a car to suit their needs!

High level of INTEGRITY & HONESTY from the owner Michael. My wife and I have been looking for a new car for sometime. We found a Subaru on the lot which she really liked. It needed a new windshield and possible a brake caliper or balljoint. We went through the loan process and waited about a week for the repairs. The day we were to pick up the car, a check engine light appeared on the car. It was for a catalytic converter. Rather than reset the code and sell the car to us (without disclosing this honestly) the owner Michael explained the situation and informed us that he didn’t want to sell a car that could have a problem. Even though it is sold As Is. He was very honest about his concerns for us. As the time, I was quite unhappy with the situation and left without fully recognizing and was upset. Reflecting on the entire situation. Michael acted like no other salesperson I’ve seen. He was most concerned about us, and that we didn’t buy something that would be an issue. Hopefully, we can get the car fixed and my wife can still buy it. If not, she certainly trusts StartUp Motors enough to look for another car too. Thanks again to Michael for taking the ethical highroad and helping to look out for us.
