I cannot express enough how wonderful my experience was! I lost my keys in Fred Meyer while shopping, and after hours of searching they never came up. I decided my car needed towed incase my keys got in the wrong hands ( I was worried my car could be stolen). Not only was I alerted by text from the driver (Jeff) that he was enroute, but he also showed up within 20 minutes! This after having to switch trucks to be able to tow my awd. Jeff also helped calm my nerves regarding the situation. He even assured me he would make sure my Lyft arrived before leaving.

Jeff took great care in not damaging my car, even though it was difficult to load AND unload. A previous company even declined our request saying they couldn’t land it in our apartment parking spot. Well Jeff did! Patient, professional, and genuine! Thank you for your exemplary service, we will be using your service in the future should the need arise.
