I like that the stockers in the store are very helpful. There is a short blacked haired female cashier manager that has no customer service in her brain. I was doing an order and was in the store prior at least 30 mins from closing. Was on my last row in freezer section and she said that you didn't hear me on the intercom? I said no why would that matter I'm almost done shopping.
She said the store is closing and is now closed that she is not gonna wait because she has things to close up and wants to go home. I was like what does that mean since I'm 10 feet from register. In my mind, you couldn't even have one register open.
Can you let me grab 5 last items or what are you trying to say I gotta drop everything and leave not check out?
Didn't ask me if everything is OK or have any sincerity to what I'm experiencing with. Shamed me in front of other workers because I had to clarify what she wanted me to do. She was badmouthing me as I dropped my cart full of 24 items and as I walked out.
I worked as a cashier and closed out 12 registers before and I would never speak the way she thinks she has authority to kick customers out when they are already in the store not coming in within 10 mins of closing.
I love stater bros but not the manager here who don't wanna do their job with sincerity in front of her peers
