Updated clean rooms, very friendly and helpful staff. Within walking distance to the fairgrounds. Nice picnic area in the back and a very nice dog play area. |The breakfast had a good supply and variety of hot food and fresh fruit, not to mention cereals, juice, etc. |the price was very reasonable and the beds were quite comfortable. |I just wish hat they would have replaced the carpet with laminate. Even new carpet is icky in a motel.

The price is really high not worth the money there breakfast is terrible the elevator carpet is really dirty and the room we had was dirty I talked to the manager but he didn't care so don't go there for that kind of money you can get something better somewhere else
