So I called this morning after being let down by another business that didn’t care to respond. Eric answered almost immediately and sent Nick my way. I felt comfortable leaving Nick at the house to finish up. I haven’t even seen the results yet; but between the two of them and their reputation I know I’ll have a quality product when I arrive back home. Nice to have quality, responsive locals to do a job. Excellent customer service and communication, we have a 6 month old about to crawl and couldn’t be happier with the service. Friendly technician, owner was very helpful explaining what we actually needed. Great local company definitely will use again.
