You guys and Victorville are the best Melanie our server who we always go to every Sunday is amazing wonderful personality great service and not just us, but I see it and every other table I was a manager for restaurants for many years at least 15 years of my life and also a district manager. I know talent when I see it. Melanie is extraordinary. She stands out something that I should think about an amazing young lady. Your service is wonderful. Your food is excellent. Steer and Stein tries really hard to not be something it's not, but could probably be. The atmosphere is really lackadaisical, almost to the point you have to ask if the food is going to be good. But, food is great.
I had the Super Stockyard. A 16oz Sirloin. Combined it with sauteed mushrooms and some steamed vegetables. Presentation wasn't much, more just tossed on the plate. Again this place is about good food not atmosphere or presentation. Still feel like they could up their presentation a bit to cater and garner to a more diverse crowd.
