I ordered a drill bit over a week ago and called to check on status, the salesman said the vendor dropped the ball and didn't even order it. I paid over $100 for it plus shipping. I told the salesman Paul I needed it right away. Well needless to say, I have asked for a complete refund and went elsewhere as this company is not dependable. I asked to get it overnighted because they did not follow through with my order. They wanted to charge me more than the $100 drill bit, for something that was not my mistake. I called to talk to supervisor Amy twice and always on a conference call. I guess paying customers are not important to them.
