I knew from the moment I met Stephanie that she was the right realtor for the job. I had consulted with another realtor prior to meeting with Stephanie and right off the bat she was able to answer all the questions I had and gave me a clear picture of how she was going to sell my house and even though the house was older and needed some work she got it sold for 25k more than the other agent was willing to list it for! Stephanie kept me informed throughout the house selling process and I was never confused as to what was going on and I couldn't have asked for a better agent. Did I mention she did all this while Covid-19 was going on?! Flat out impressive and I would highly recommend Stephanie to anyone. I will be using Stephanie again in the future to purchase my next home :)

We bought our home in the middle of the COVID-19 pandemic while under stay-at-home orders in Arizona. We were unable to make the trip up to Washington in order to look at houses and were very fortunate to partner with Stephanie for this process. She was always very responsive and friendly when we reached out to her with questions and houses that we would like to consider. Her knowledge of the area and of local events was extremely helpful before and after the sale. She has phenomenal follow up skills and keeps in touch, even after she's sold a house to you. Her knowledge of financing partners was key to our purchase. She also worked well with the seller, making the sale that much easier for us. We were delighted to work with Stephanie and highly recommend her!

Stephanie is very easy to work with and straight forward. She provided knowledge and insight for the sale of my first home. In what could have been a very stressful situation, because of all the unknowns, she made it a smooth process. Communication was great and I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for an agent.
