Dr Kramer is top notch she diagnosed me over 7 years ago had brain surgery she is not only very knowledgeable but kind and listens was sad to see her leave Astoria she found me the best neurosurgeon Dr Justin Cetas I'm was sad to see him leave but my heart broke when I learned he was killed last year in a motorcycle accident Oregon has some of the best Drs I've found your in good hands with Dr Kramer and Casey eye blessings to all

Dr Kramer is absolutely wonderful. I'm an emergency room RN and I wouldn't see anyone else. She diagnosed me correctly in just 2 visits and treated me successfully... 5 stars
