I have been a customer of Sterling Pools for over 30 years and would never think of going anywhere else even though other pool stores are nearer to my house. I have found their competence, prices, service, and helpfulness to be unparalleled. Ye, the store manager, is a pleasure to work with. Whether I am phoning in for advice or coming in to the store to get chemicals or to bring in my Polaris for parts, Ye is always friendly, hard working, knowledgable and willing to help. Service at this level is rare these days, and I very much appreciate Ye and Sterling pools!

Homan understood our weird and cranky pool better than Neil Degrasse Tyson understands physics. Highly recommended for anyone who wants to actually know what their setup is doing, instead of having someone show up once a week to fill in an 'I cleaned the pool' checkbox.

I go here because the bottles that the liquid chlorine comes in are reusable! I don't have to recycle all that plastic!
