They do not care about tenants, management is a joke, laughs at you if you ask for maintenance to be done, rude, if you email or call 9 out of 10 you won't get replied to or answered.

95 -100 degrees INSIDE THE 2ND STORY APARTMENTS! If you see the Sterling Property Management sign, walk the other way! Do not bother. Danger! We recently reported these problems and two days later we're given a notice to get out in 60 days. They specialize in old properties, make them over superficially, and don't address any of the real problems.
