Steve is a treasure for our community. He is such an asset that brings beautiful quality mens clothing to the area, and each piece comes with personalized ‘world class’ service. He is so flexible and will work with many different budgets, and is personally committed to give each and every customer the same care. He can have a store full of customers, and each one will still get the signature Haberdasher treatment. I’ve never seen anything quite like this! I look forward to going into his store. Steve was very kind but we had many challenges with him. He was not very organized, he let some of party come in for fittings and others were declined. We had to call him multiple times to remind him of things we had already confirmed with him. We ordered shoes with the suits and were informed a week before our wedding that he hadn’t placed an order for shoes except for one groomsman. After confirming with Steve the groomsmen would each pay for their own suit, our groomsmen were told they couldn’t pay because we hadn’t figured out how we wanted to pay yet. Once we got the suits, one groomsmen found trash in his pocket, another suit had pants that were way too short, and the groom’s vest was missing from his suit. So personally, I would recommend going elsewhere if you don’t want to deal with all the lack of organization and mess ups.
