I was so happy with how my appointment went with Dr Barthel, beginning right when we walked in the door I felt so comfortable and at ease. Kelly was wonderful - she was cheerful, welcoming and so efficient. Dr Barthel had such a calm, highly capable and rather measured demeanor that immediately took my stress level down. I am still amazed at how much time he spent going over all the possible options I have in great detail. Never once did he fidget or look at his watch, signaling the need to keep the appointment as brief as possible which I have grown accustomed to with many other doctors. It has been a very long time since I have felt so hopeful, that I can achieve a good quality of life with the least amount of pharmaceuticals as humanly possible and have a doctor so willing to help get me there.
