POOR customer service. I was not greeted what so ever. I walked in as a customer was being rang up, so I didn’t mind. However, after the customers left, you would think they would come acknowledge you in their store and ask if I needed assistance, but unfortunately I did not receive that. As I walked out he just looked at me and seemed almost scared to say hello. Very sad, uncomfortable and unwelcoming environment. Worst part is this is one of the first stores I saw potential in for a dress. Had the service been better, a sale could’ve been made
We had a great experience here. We went on a Wed, it’s slower than the weekends. We were from out of town, they had the dress and accessories ready for us by Sat morning. I would recommend this place.
