I had my best optometrist experience here. Dr.Pham and Janet were very welcoming and friendly. Dr.Pham took the time to listen and find exactly the pair I was looking for. All of my questions and concerns were taken care of and I'm extremely happy for choosing this place. Also great selections of the newest and coolest frames. Highly recommending it!

Lousy costumer service from an Asian woman associate. I went today to get an estimate and when I entered into the lobby I showed my family education saying “good morning” to an Asian lady that weren’t even at the concierge was hidden at the back. The rude and grumpy Asian lady was rough with me who looked me from feet to toe, no civilian matters, no education, not a welcome feeling in that place, that explained why at 10 am ain’t not even one soul in there. I think a could got better treatment in a correctional facility. As I can see the reply, this pork heads just treat with courtesy to old clients and people expecting to get business there are not welcome. How stu pid way to run a business.

This was my best optometrist experience! Doctor Pham took the time to listen and address all my concerns. She also made me aware of my insurance options and provided a seamless eye exam. I highly recommend her!
Tip: Her practice is located right next to Cupertino Square and she has appointments on Saturdays. So, make it an afternoon out, with lunch at Oren's Hummus followed by ice cream at Cream.
