For demo rental, Beau went above and beyond to talk with me about what I was looking for in a snowboard, my binding angles, and more. He taught me a ton. Wonderful customer service - thank you!!

The staff did a fantastic job at making sure I had all my gear in a fast & efficient manner. They were also very friendly even though they were slammed all day due to the holiday. As far as gear goes and quality I was overall very satisfied. Everything fit perfectly and I had no troubles. I will for sure be coming back here for any rental gear I may need. Thank you guys for everything, you are appreciated!

I had a great experience at Steven Pass Ski Rental. Jason, the staff member, provided exceptional assistance with snowboard rentals and shared valuable snowboarding tips. The gear was a bit worn, but I suppose that's to be expected from a rental service. I still highly recommend them!
