Matt and his crew are always friendly, courteous and professional. When they find something that is a bigger issue than what I was expecting, like this time, Matt fully explains it to me, lays out the potential consequences, and how long it may take for the problem to fully erupt, then lets me decide whether or not to make repairs immediately (assuming it's not an immediate safety concern). I did and as always, they did excellent work and my CRV is ready for another 100k miles.

Staff ALL very great to work with. Extremely informative. The summary i received was very thorough!! I loved it. I can clearly see everything they said I needed done an love the online ability to read and then reread, or also have it to go back to later for additional stuff needed to be done. Its great!
