I had a consultation booked for June 28th @ 11:30pm and she wasn’t in the office, the door was locked, nobody answered the phone. I took off work to get this started and there was absolutely no warning that she won’t be in. Extremely unprofessional and unreliable.
response No, it was 11:30 and you should have contacted me that you would not be in instead of relying on CLC to do it for you. I could have used that time to actually have a consultation with anyone else. On top of that nobody has even bothered to return my calls or respond to my voicemails. My public review is the only response I’ve gotten from your firm which is telling and sad.
