I had no clue what to expect when ordering a Letterman’s jacket. Luckily for me everyone at Stitches from Heaven communicated and explained the whole process thoroughly. From the first appointment until actually picking up the jacket I was kept up to date with the progress. They helped me when I needed a patch and did an AMAZING job at making a patch to represent my daughter’s wrestling club.
I highly recommend everyone to go even if it’s just for the initial appointment. They’ll make sure the jacket fits well to your student and that it’s comfortable. They are upfront with all their pricing and keep you updated through the whole process.
Absolutely love my son’s letterman’s jacket. Martha, the owner, did an outside job at bringing his jacket to life and made it better than we had envisioned. Every detail was carefully executed and thoughtfully considered. She handled it like it was her own son’s jacket, and you could see the passion and love she pours out to each piece she customizes. Over the years she has made several items for us, from baby blankets to custom baseball shirts and all have been carefully and lovingly made with quality and attention to detail. Stitches from heaven is my absolute number one place to go for embroidery or any custom items.
