Beatrice, the property Mgr was very professional and courteous when answering my needs. The place is very clean. It's frustrating when you can't get a hold of someone at the property and you get someone in the call center who tries helping you but their computer system froze up. They can't be held accountable for that but I believe a better computer system and or IT person should be seriously considered if you want better customer service.

Front office staff is great, not particularly happy that during the hurricane there was a breach in the storage buildings so there are quite a few storage lockers that have significant water damage and they did not notify us. The mud and water damage is visible about a foot up the wall and the lights are out inside the building. I made it aware to the staff, and still haven’t gotten any notification from the company. If anyone has stuff in the lower area of the back of the storage might want to go check out your lockers.

After receiving my code and I tried to access it and I was denied. I immediately went into the office and they made it right. I like my new storage and the price is excellent.
