James has exceptional customer service! Thank you for accommodating the last min rental, however I did not see any lighting inside the unit? I had confirmed there was lights prior to seeing unit- hopefully we will find the light fixture when we arrive to unload today. With the office being closed on Sunday I’m hesitant to unload if there’s no lighting inside unit.

Mary was wonderful. I was able to use my military ID and receive the Veterans discount and I easily transferred my renters insurance digitally and saved even more. It's a clean, organized facility and Mary is readily available. I recommend this establishment.

My current experience (almost one year of renting my unit) here has been great. Mary has always been very helpful especially when transferring units from large to medium. Nice, clean and feel my items are safe/secure here.
