Very satisfied with the service. Everything is clean and well maintained. AJ has been extremely helpful finding the right size and price space as well as notifying me when a ground floor unit opened up that I was waiting for. The only improvement would be 24-hr access, but that’s probably not feasible with this building as there is no outside fenced area. OTOH, access is super convenient: just pull right up the loading dock on the street. The location is great too as many tend to be out of the way in industrial areas.

Moving is never a fun time, but AJ was so friendly and helpful, which made the process go so much smoother. The location is very clean and the unloading dock is easy to access. Would definitely recommend/use again in the future. Also, great restaurants near by if you need to get grab lunch after getting moved in!

Toured multiple floors to check out relative convenience4 of same-size spaces. Was able to reserve the best suited one for a week at no cost. Jonathan and A.J. were very friendly and helpful. Less happy that StorQuest call center said that half off first month's rent and senior citizen discount could both be applied. On site staff said the choice is one or the other, no exceptions..
