I would give zero stars if I could, I have called every day for over a week and left several messages. they have never answered or returned my calls. I need an alignment and live to far to just drive and go in and talk to someone. I’m sure they do great work but that only helps if you can get your vehicle there in the first place!

To the last review, I do not work at Strait nor am I personal friends with Don. I would however like to say your disappointment is nothing compared to what life hands some good people. Your loss is tiny in comparison to others problems.

Don does great work. Has worked on my cars an trucks for 30 years. Fixed problems no one else could.
