I am very grateful for the team at Strategic Legal Practices. They were able to help me with my faulty 2018 Mustang and were able to get me a great settlement. The process does take a while but it is worth it in the long run. For me the process lasted around a year and a half, you just have to patient and trust they are doing everything in their power to get you the best possible outcome. I really appreciated that they were always a phone call away to any questions I had and if they dont answer you just leave a message and they will return your call everytime. Can't thank them enough!

I took a chance calling as I had received a few notices describing the same issues my car was having. I was getting nowhere with the dealership after having my car in the shop multiple times with the same issue but always something do making it shut off while driving. After I called I looked up reviews to see what others had to say. There was an honest review that pretty much gave me an idea of what to expect. This is not a fast process, along the way you don’t get too many updates but you can always call. Any requests for documents was easy. SLP is very good with contacting you when they need information, they will call and send a follow up email. Once I was informed of a settlement it still took a while. Be patient and trust the process. Thanks to SLP for getting me the settlement after all the issues I had with my car.

The made it so easy for me and I got a great settlement. More than any other firm said they could do. Communication along the way was outstanding. Can't think of how my experience could be better.
