Over the last 20 years I have gone to all kinds of car detail shops, as well as gifted many car detail gift certificates. The hourly kind, the interior only kind, the exterior only kind. I have never been satisfied and always ended up leaving somewhat like I wasted my money and could have done a better job.
After getting lucky with a cancellation, I got a same day appointment to detail my extended SUV. Ruslan was very personable, accommodating, and kind. We agreed on a price and the service was described as ‘a detailed interior and washed exterior.’
While I enjoyed a lunch and movie date with my cousin, this man, literally, bolted out all of my seats, removed my car’s interior carpet and scrubbed everything until it looked better than brand new. Smelled like a new car while simultaneously having no ‘cleaning product’ smell to it, whatsoever.
I thought my rims were a gunmetal grey; after Ruslan was finished with them, it turns out they’re black!
I am beyond impressed and regret ever going anywhere else. Any future gift cards will be for Straza only and personal and family member cars that ever get detailed will only be entrusted to Ruslan at Straza.
Above and beyond. You just cannot find service of this quality anymore- a true gem of a business!

Love it 😍, when two detailing shops, couldn't get rid of dog 🐶🐕 smell. 280,k mile on my Toyota Highlander. Now looks like new , smells like new .
