Have lifted weights, played basketball, been active all my life. At 28 I had severe back and hip pain to where it took me four minutes to lie down from standing. Was out of work (carpenter) for two weeks and with no end in sight and was pretty worried about my future.
Did a lot of research looking into a PT and trusted in these reviews you may see here. I was able to get in to Stride pretty quickly and after one session was moving with less pain and after 3 sessions was back at work. After 5 sessions with Andrew I was not only on the path to recovery but to being stronger than ever.
I came back a few months later with an odd pain in my wrist joint affecting my ability to lift/climb/work/wash dishes. Once again Andrew was able to diagnose and give me exercises to get better.
I’m very thankful for Stride. I was in a bad place when I limped into their office.
There’s a lot of parking there. The app they use to bring the exercises home is really easy to follow.
