Honestly I wish I could give them ZERO stars! My absolute worst experience with renting. The staff is horrible, the maintenance man is awful, and the parking situation is just unreal. They finessed us of our deposit! Do not rent through this property management. Also the ladies in the office are just rude and make you feel stupid.

Absolute slumlord. Do not rent from them. They are discriminatory. I also asked for a walk through sheet, the guy Ron/Roy- whatever - said they don't typically do that and the only charge I could have is maybe under my stovetop which he lifted up - I had someone come clean that after. Only lived there for a few months. They kept hundreds out of my security deposit when it was clean and polished like new - the outside porch was even cleaner than when I moved in. We had flooding to which we called about and my mom tried to tell the maintenance staff how you deal with that with the landscaping and they wouldn't listen. We had items damaged and had to throw them out because of mold/mildew- they claim that we never had flooding and then they claimed that they fixed the issue? double backing what they originally said. They are liars- they are cheats- do not rent from them.

Rented a studio at their Parkway apartments. Experience was mostly good. Apartment was nice and clean, but small (expected). They responded very promptly to all maintenance requests. The exception being a particular neighbor that was disturbing people and clearly breaking direct regulations in the lease agreement. This persisted for many months. Despite complaints by multiple residents, the antics kept up and the resident was "allowed" to continue disturbing people (even threatening people's lives).
Overall, great experience except for their lack of ability to enforce their own lease agreement in that one case.
