Toxic interview session with 3 program managers. They were openly disdainful of my work experience, described the role as being far different from what the agency offered, spent considerable time highlighting how "I could never be perceived as successful at Stryker."
The actual role could be performed by a summer intern, not an experienced quality engineer with 30+ yrs experience. None of the 3 program managers described that they could not comprehend why I would change industries, from aerospace to medical device.
How do companies find and retain these loser/trolls?
