I have gone to Cece for 3 cuts now. She has been delightful to chat with and has given me a good shampoo and cut each visit. She is the first cosmetologist I’ve gone to that really understands natural curly hair and teaches you about how to care for your curls as she works. Over the 3 visits she has helped take my curls from being long and lifeless to short, layered, and much easier to maintain.
