Marvin came by yesterday when our air conditioner broke down. He was fantastic! Very professional and well-informed. We really valued the time he took to explain what he was doing. I learned so much about AC repairs from him in Studio City at Studio City Air Conditioning!

We noticed that approximately 450 square feet of our attic was missing insulation. Jorge, from Studio City Air Conditioning, was extremely professional and detailed in his assessment of the attic. He returned with an in-depth review of the situation. Jorge thoroughly explained all our choices for ac repair systems in a calm, no-pressure style. He also tactfully wanted to include my wife in the decision-making process, which was a smart approach. All of this happened in Studio City.

My experience started with the receptionist at Studio City Air Conditioning, who showed patience and courtesy when dealing with my limited understanding of HVAC systems. The next day, Conner, one of their technicians, identified the issue with my system and patiently explained my options. Given that my old system was a decade old, I opted for a complete replacement. Four skilled technicians, including Nathan, Raymond, Jorge, and Ernest, arrived punctually and managed to remove the old system and install the new one within 6 hours. Now, two weeks later, even with temperatures soaring into the 100's in Studio City, the new system is working perfectly. Plus, it's significantly quieter than my old one.
