Really liked that it was 100% handwashed. However, they missed several spots on my car and even scratched off paint and tint! They threw out my insurance paper but neglected to throw out the bottle cap. Just please save yourself the drive.

When I pulled in, Ben told me mine was the dirtiest car he’d seen all day. And he was not exaggerating! These folks went truly above and beyond to take care of my car, getting off sun-baked pine sap which other places had told me was impossible. They were dedicated, patient, super polite and no joke…my car looked better when I drove away than the day I bought it. Thank you. I’ll be back! With less sap. :)

Worst car wash. I pulled up and no one was there writing tickets. Several people were waiting. Then a guy pulls up in his expensive car and they skip everyone else and help him. I complain and they say they'll pay "special attention" to my car for the wait. I pick it up and there is sand in my car and bird poop still on my car. They vacuumed more but claimed the bird poop won't come out. In front of them, I scraped it off with my own fingernails. I was pissed and told him, "look, I can clean it off, so we need a refund at this point." It had been over an hour since I dropped off my car. The owner, Benny, got in my face and screamed, "No refund. DON'T COME BACK!! DON'T COME BACK! DON'T COME BACK!!" I was shocked that he would be so incredibly unprofessional and threatening. There are several reviews online claiming they were threatened and screamed at as well when they pointed out that their car was still dirty. DO NOT go to this car wash! Not only is the service terrible and they won't properly clean your car, but they are rude, threatening, and incredibly unprofessional. And don't worry, I WON'T EVER be back. That was my first AND last time there.
