The Zerby's are responsive, creative and mindful of your budget. We asked for 13 or 14 distinct house spaces (2 full baths, 3 bedrooms, mech room, kitchen, dining nook, living room, desk areas, etc) in 1100 sq feet of house. We were super happy when we got everything we asked for. They made three distinct proposals which covered all of these needs in different ways. We ended up swapping our favorites from all three and then they glued them back together. We are happy with the work we received. A great thing they did was we told them we were going to be doing the work ourselves so they simplified certain parts of the plan to make sure we'd have a better chance of executing on the design. Because while we're handy, we're not professional builders and greatly appreciated the slightly simplified version of the work. This lets us get the space we wanted on the budget we have. Overall, a great experience and they come highly recommended.

We will be forever grateful to Studio Zerbey Architects who helped us plan and design our whole house remodel. What started out as a vague idea to improve our house became a solid project that turned out more amazing than we could have imagined.
As we were new to the remodeling process, Kyle and Lauren listened to what we wanted and developed several creative and fun plans based on our family's needs and style preferences. Doing a project this large is not easy, but I especially valued their professional advice on helping us navigate the many decisions involved.

It is not often when a professional firm exceeds a client's already sky high expectations. But such was our experience with Studio Zerbey. Although our project was very modest in scale -- an 800 square foot getaway cabin -- not so insignificant were the Olympic rainforest and flood-prone site conditions. Our constrained budget and very compressed time schedule presented further challenges. Studio Zerbey treated our project like it was the most important project ever. Their attention to detail was phenomenal, and Kyle and Lauren hit an absolute homerun with the cabin's design. To say that we are exceptionally pleased and satisfied is just not saying enough!
