I'm original owner of a now 4-year old house. Never had a problem with the A/C (always have annual servicing). Just started with Sturm Heating & A/C a couple of months ago after trying two other servicing companies. Noticed the temp was a 3 or 4 degrees above our normal set point, and the A/C was on, but blowing warm air. One quick phone call and a tech arrived in about 30 minutes. I had purchased their maintenance plan, so they got John F. out right away. He quickly figured out the problem and in under an hour we had A/C! Great service, great personnel and an immediate correction on a very hot day! Thanks, Sturm!

When you hire a business to provide a service and the experience turns out to be exceptional, it calls for some kudos. Emily was my first contact with Sturm Heating and she was so pleasant to speak with and provided me the information I needed to book Sturm Heating to clean my ducts and furnace. Gerry called me right on schedule to inform me he was on his way. Gerry and Nico explained to my husband and myself what they would be doing with a walk through the house and into the furnace area. We live in a farm area and had a tenant who was a pig, needless to say Gerry and Nico had their work cut out for them. They both had great attitudes and didn't act like they wanted to be some place else. I can't say how happy I am about the job the guys did and how much better the house smells. How great to have before and after pictures. Thanks Again to the Sturm team for a job well done.

Just had their plumber out to fix our faucets. The person was quick, professional, and took time to answer our questions. We called yesterday and he was out this morning. Just be aware that the plumbing is not really advertised so you have to call and ask for him. We are calling for him every time we need a plumber. Excellent work! I should add that they take care of our furnace and air conditioner. Always professional and very clean. Never a problem.
