Based on friend's recommendations, I bought a pair of ski boots here about four years ago. They were expertly fitted and I've been really happy with them. Fast forward to a month ago and now my right foot was hurting because I had developed plantar fasciitis before the ski season. I brought the boots in to see if I could get some help and get back to the slopes. Brant, in the boot fitting area, fixed me up with some heel lifts for my boots and now I'm skiing pain free. I'm so grateful for his expert help and there was no charge just, "your continued patronage." Great store, great people that go out of their way to provide service after the sale. Thank you!
Sturtevants will get you right!! I’ve had lots of work done by Ben and everyone in the shop from ski mounts to ski repairs. They take pride in their work and always do top notch jobs. Check out the before after photos from my skis they fixed. I thought these things were toast and they now look better than new. Many thanks!!!

The staff is friendly, very helpful and efficient. Even during busy times, one of the staff members helped explain the different considerations when making certain choices around skis, ski poles etc. The dropping back off the ski rental equipment is also quick and smooth.
