Do not work with this company, they will steal your deposit, they will not do any maintenance on your rental, no matter what breaks. The first time I rented from them I had a broken kitchen sink for a month while I tried to get them to send someone to fix it, then, foolish me I rented from them again. They chose to ignore that I gave notice of intent to vacate, tried to tell me I owed them more money, then told me I was all settled with them, waited five years, then sent me to collections. If you absolutely must work with them get everything in writing and make them sign and date everything because they will do their absolute best to screw you over.

Jackie is the best property manager ever! She truly does care about her tenants. She's gone out of her way, on her own time, to help me after I locked myself out. She truly is a good person, and very understanding. If there's a problem she's quick to fix it.

As a property owner for over 40 years using several agency's over the years I have found that Kirsten and her crew are one of the best I have ever used they are prompt with any reports and handle any issues that do arise.
I would highly recommend them for any Real Estate needs that you have.
