they got this old lady making sandwich’s she’s pushy , makes food to fast and doesn’t know how to use the register , disappointed from what I ordered makes me never wanna eat subway again

The bread was so stale it just crumbled apart and the servers mask was filthy. I asked if he was reusing it and he said yes. Minimum wage and they can't afford to supply staff with masks?

Took my grandson last night. They both ordered turkey & pepperoni plan sub. This morning they both had severe diarrhea this morning. One bad enough that he stayed home from school. I ordered a chopped salad which I love from subway. I've always had it all chopped up in a large bowl and mixed well. This subway didn't she chopped it as she place each vegetable in the serving bowl No mixing. I even ask "your not going to chopped it all together. The lady response was I'll chopping with a knife. She didn't want to listen to how I like it prepared.first time and last time at this subway. P S how do I request a food inspection ? Now and yes a fly was flying around the food containers. The lady didn't care.
