My reason why I vote one star is cuz the the bread size is a typical ripoff franchise who owns this place you can company the footlong too other franchise locations at Subway can easy point out the difference this location is obviously ripping off the citizens of Pasadena they should be sued ...

I like the food, like all Subway restaurants, but this location had a few issues: no public restroom, they ran out of fresh avocados, and ran out of CO2 for their beverage dispenser. Employees were kind and made up for it, but I probably wouldn't come back to this location (washing hands is critical for health, especially in this flu season!)

Best Subway on the face of the earth!!!!!. As soon as I walked through the door Ana was there to help me; and I was, greeted and helped with excellent attitude and ambience, she went out her way to remember a friendly face and get me my subs the right way. I know it’s weird to say for a “fast food” restaurant, but ask for Ana to prep your subs and you won’t be disappointed. Trust me, there is no “sub” quality when Ana makes it your “way” . Love this location and Ana, stop in and check them out!!!
