I ordered online and they didn't carry wraps and then they almost didn't wanna help me cancel my order this location has bad communication with staff and to make it worse the attitude was just uncomfortable and I feel bad for the walk-in customers that have to deal with that

Tuesday march 7 11:50 The girl has an attitude with me because I asked her for oil on my sandwich and she put vinegar I don’t like vinegar so I asked for my sandwich to be done again she’s clearly upset makes it again but seems she purposely made it salty and gave me a ridiculous amount of pepper homeless ppl like to hang around

Staff was very accommodating and efficient, but maybe too fast because they forgot a few toppings on my sub. I ordered "The Beast" from the new menu but I was disappointed with the portion. 3-1 bread to meat ratio if you ask for no tomato or onion. But I blame myself for falling for the false advertising photo 😏
