Made three separate online orders last night and the last two were footlong Subs were completely wrong and mixed up. It's an online order, all of the instructions are written down step by step. Kind of hard to mess that one up but they still did. Gate was most of the way closed when we picked our stuff up at 6:30 even though the sign says open till 8:00 p.m.

Only one staff on during lunch on a Sunday. Staff on was rude and said online orders are more important and take priority. Maybe should not do online with only 1 incompetent staff member on. It literally would have taken the clueless worker 5 minutes to make the one sandwich. Will never waste my time on Subway again. Firehouse subs is far superior with much friendly staff.

Shane has the best customer service and works so hard! I have seen him slammed and he never gets rattled keeps calm! .. keeps the place clean! All employees here are wonderful
Tuna sandwich was perfect made by a very a very friendly employee! Veggies were very fresh! I ate it here at the store which was very clean. talked to the manager Crystal who was very friendly and asked how my food was! Taking an extra one home for my husband!! I work inside walmart for Jackson Hewitt all of your employees are wonderful! I see them 5 days a week they work hard and are so friendly!
