Not the best service. The guy working isn't going the extra foot even. He told us they're out of the sauce we wanted because it was labeled differently. And by the time we found it ourselves and pointed it out to him it was too late. So he offered us free cookies. Which made me happy at first until I tried one and realized they were stale and needed to be thrown out

They closed an hour early with no warning or sign, someone was in there an still just let me sit at. The drive through. I've had issues with this location before but they've never been this bad.

I ordered a sandwich yesterday (Dec. 31st, 2023) online and paid for it completely. Yet, when I went to pick it up a little after six pm, I found the store closed and empty. Apparently the store closed at 6 for the holiday, which was fine, but there was absolutely no indication anywhere on Google or the website of an early closure. What's worse, my order confirmation said I was supposed to pick up my sandwich at 6:05 pm. Then, when I called today to get a refund for the sandwich I never got, the worker was rude, talked over me, and eventually just hung up. I tried calling back but was ignored multiple times. Still no response or refund.
