The employees are very rude of course if you hire dumb teens, that don't know what they are doing. Being laughed at and discriminated by two of the rudest girls. I don't recommend this location. I will never come to this subway. If you want to be discriminated and or humiliated then this is the place, no respect what so ever.

Employees here are very rude. Came here on 9/4/22 at 1:45. Place mobile order for dine in. When I went to pick up employee was very argumentative I only ordered 2 drinks, but then she said I can have one for free. I showed her my receipt that showed I paid three drinks then she was like here take your drink. Then as my mom was drinking her lemonade she opened the cup to eat a piece of the ice she saw a bug frozen in the ice cube. We went to show employee and she grabbed the piece and tossed it in the trash bin. I told her the ice had a bug frozen in it and she casually just said it's dirt from the machine. Instead of apologizing she yelled at us because I told her to take a look at it she said your wetting my counter, what do you want me to do. When we told her we were gonna call her manager the other young employee started yelling call them call them it's not our job to clean the machines, if you don't like it bring your drink from home. These two girls were very rude and all they were doing was standing playing on their cell phone. That's unhygienic too. Instead of being apologetic they were rude and argumentative about the whole thing. This place is dirty even, the employees admitted the ice machine is not cleaned.
