i was denied a sandwich because they were supposedly “closed” even though we could open the door with one other customer in there. it was 10 minutes before closing. is it really that hard to make one more sandwich? lol

Today, Feb 4, 2023, had the worst experience. Very little to no other customers in (around 3 including me). Asked for what kind of sandwich, ok got it, asked I wanted it toasted, said yes. Bread came out cold, tuna and cheese not warm at all. Worst part, my sandwich was wrapped lazily. Folded sandwich with hands and not using the knife for a clean, neat fold, and wrapped with crumpled paper. Don't know what to say to that. I don't know if the employees this day was lazy, or they are not fit for such service
